Menopause isn’t just your periods stopping — it’s a complete biological transition that can last for years and affect your whole body. If you’re wondering why your sleep is disturbed, why you feel more emotional, anxious or foggy, or why your whole body suddenly aches… you’re not alone. These are all common symptoms of perimenopause. Join us for a supportive menopause workshop where you’ll learn what’s really going on in your body and discover practical ways to stay strong, balanced and active through every stage of menopause. The sessions include informative talks as well as strength-based exercises designed to help you build resilience and support your changing body. You’re welcome to join us again when the next three-week workshop runs. Repeating the course can deepen your understanding and support your continued growth.
